Payment & Cancellation Policy

Effective 2025 - applies to all bookings with Photography Remembered

Booking Deposit  A non-refundable deposit equal to 50 % of the quoted fee is required to secure any service priced at $500 or more.
Dates remain open to other clients until the deposit clears.
Sessions under $500 must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Balance Due  The remaining 50 % (or outstanding balance) is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, major credit/debit cards, Stripe invoice.
Failure to Pay on Time  If full payment is not received 72 hours before the session or event, Photography Remembered reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as liquidated damages for the date being held. Also if the session has been preformed Photography Remembered reserves the right to retain all digital images and/or physical products.
Cancellation / Reschedule  If a notice of seven or more calendar days is provided, 100% of all payments made, not including the deposit and any outstanding balance, will be refunded, or you may reschedule your booking once at no additional cost. If notice is given with less than seven days remaining, no refunds will be issued, and a new reservation along with a deposit will be necessary to secure an alternative date.
Force Majeure In the event of photographer illness, extreme weather, or similar uncontrollable circumstances, Photography Remembered will offer a full refund or a mutually agreeable reschedule.                                                                                                                                                                                                              All payments are Non-Refundable once a session has been preformed.
